Lene is back :D

Finally, after 10 month my awesome friend Lene came back from her exchange. She stayed in Rhode Island. We missed her so much and we were all soo excited to see her again. So Pie and me took the train at 7:30am to meet two other friends who gave us a ride to the airport :)

Her plane was delayed for about an hour which was enough time to take some pictures :)

Everybody got some little presents: the sunflower, German milka chocolatel, german bread,... 

Her brother was really excited to hold his older sister in his arms again. He was also looking like everybody else for her green suitcase.

Finally after a long time waiting she came out and it was just a blast! Everybody screaming and happy tears everywhere. I think she quite enjoyed to take a bite of the German bread.



We all went to her house and had breakfast. After that she showed us her goodbye gifts, pictures and her yearbook.

Lene we are so excited to have you with us again!



Waiting for summer break

Ok today is Tuesday and I am just waiting for summer break!!! Next Wednesday it'll start :D The grades are all turned in and the teachers are pretty uncreative so we watch movies and eat in class all the time ... But I'm really looking forward for the upcoming events.
On Saturday my friend will come back from her exchange year and I am soooooooooooooooooooooo excited to see her again :D And then I will go on vacation with her for a weekend or so :D We are going to watch a musical called "Dance of the Vampires". It is made after the Polanski movie "The fearlss vampire killers". I've heard that it is a great musical and I'm really excited to see it!
The next person I can't wait to see is Karin :D:D:D I'm not sure yet if it will work out that she'll visit me soon because it depends on her exams. But I really hope it will work out. I haven't seen her for a year now and I really would love to see her again.
So actually I can't wait that the summer break starts!!! The weather could be a little bit better because it is really humid but the sun's not shining :( But it is nice warm :D
And the next thing: Laurie my blog is up-to-date :D :D :D yay finally. And I promise I'll try to keep it updated :)

Just White Party ~ Hessentag

There is every year a big festival in Hessen (the "state" where I live in) called Hessentag (Hessenday). 2 regional radiostations organised a big party (around 20.000 people) with the theme "Just White". It was a really fun night out with the girls :)  

After the party we had a sleep over at my friends house, we watched the first season of a german comedy show. It was so much fun! Especially the sleeping in until 1pm part :D

Lindenblütenfest 2011 ~ Lime-tree blossom festival

 The lime-tree blossom festival is a small festival in Kriftel. What do we celebrate? I actually don't know. But it is always a lot of fun :)

My best friends drama performance

The 13th grade drama class did a play called "The visit of the old lady". They changed a litte bit of it. They also put it into a modern play. It was actually pretty good and funny. My best friends role was the one of a small child which is also already part of all the intrigues of the adults.

5th competition ~ Viernheim

Our last and 5th competition. It was lots of fun because it was at the weekend of carneval. After the competition the team of Viernheim invited us all for a socks party :D

Ya some of our girl (including me) switched dresses with some of the girls from Viernheim. I switched with the girl in the middle she is wearing my purple dress. I'm on the left side of her in her red dress :)
